BABIES!!!

Aren't babies just so cute? You just want to snuggle them, and squeeze their little chubby cheeks! For those of you that haven't heard, I got a new little neice last week. She's adorable! And I'm not just saying that because she's my neice...she really is. She has a full head of dark hair (which I REALLY hope she keeps) and ten little tiny fingers and ten little itty bitty toes. She's a beautiful little baby girl. Her name is Haley, and she's a doll! Little Haley's momma, my sister in law, asked me if I would do a few photos for her, which of course I said yes! Because I love taking pictures of little babies :) Along with little Haley are a few of my cousin's cute little baby Shelby, that's about a month older than Haley. Wow what a month can do to a little baby!! Anyway, here is a little {preview} of how it went!

Oregon...

A few days ago I posted that I was lucky enough to spend my birthday in Oregon this year.  Weeelllll here I got a few minutes to work on a few photos, so I thought I would go ahead and post them.  :)  Somedays I really feel like I'm just a snapshot shooter...this is one of those days.  I had a few turn out ok, but the ocean was just so misty and active the day we were there that the photos turned out looking a bit foggy. Which I guess is ok.... Anyway, these were a few of my favs. :)

Happy Birthday to Me...... :)

Soooo, this year for my birthday I got to spend it in none other than Eugene Oregon!! ...Where I am currently blogging from! It's been most enjoyable so far. Ryan is here working so I get to hang out with him while he's working and in his free time we wander around and discover Oregon. Today we drove over to the coast, which is like an hour from here. It was sooo BEAUTIFUL! It's been raining here pretty much ever since I got here but today as we drove over the mountain and dropped down into the little town by the coast we got excited because we could see blue sky!! Needless today it made the day driving up the coastline nice. We saw a lighthouse, lots of blue water with white surf and SEA LIONS!!! We stopped so I could take some photos of the lighthouse and while we were setting up my new tri pod (my birthday present!) I was like "wait! do you hear that?!" and Ryan was like hear what ?? SEA LIONS!! Sure enough we looked down over the edge of the cliff and there were a bunch of sea lions sunbathing on the rocks.
